Delivery Policy

The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments.

You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.

Return and Refund Policy

Customers have 90 days to return unexpired, consumable products. Return within 90 days from the purchase date, and receive a full refund.

 

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for returns processing.  

 

Even if you return an item otherwise eligible to be returned (i.e., an unexpired, consumable product), beyond the return deadline set forth in this Return Policy, we will provide you with a store credit equal to the value of the item returned, minus shipping and restocking costs.

2. Write the return authorization number on the box, and on the original packing slip inside the box.

Halyvera reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
